Phi Drive successfully participated in SPIE Photonics West 2026, one of the most prestigious international events in photonics and optics.
This international setting provided the ideal opportunity to highlight a core element of our business model: product customization, which allows us to adapt our solutions to specific application and needs.
During the event, we presented some of our latest innovations.
PHI-SS-6DOF:
The smallest 6-axis system with a resolution down to 0.7 nm for fiber alignment applications, requiring ultra-high precision alignment, stability, and repeatability.
PHI-W Robotic Wrist
For high resolution orientation in 6DOF of:
- lenses,
- FAUs (Fiber Array Units),
- small optoelectronic components.
Pick & Place:
Ultra-Precise Cartesian System with an integrated microgripper, capable of manipulating objects as small as 20 µm with nanometric resolution
GRIPHI Microgrippers:
Designed for micro-manipulation and micro-assembly of objects as small as 20 µm (ideal for fiber optics, fiber optic sensors, lenses and crystal)
Our grippers can be integrated with:
- touch sensor
- closing force monitoring and control
Precision Kinematic Mirror Mount PHI-PKMM:
Features a monolithic flexure-based design, ensuring high stability and robustness for precision lens positioning and laser beam alignment
