Maximum angular precision
Phi Drive proposes a rotary corrective table, COR-R, which can be applied on top of a commercial rotary stepper-based table.
Its piezoelectric principle makes it possible for COR-R to increase the angular precision of a stepper-mechanical reducer system, thus allowing usage in very demanding applications, such as laser optics.
